  • 8 cups chopped romaine, or mixed greens
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cooked organic sweet corn
  • 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup goats cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil Ranch dressing (such as Primal Kitchen)


In a large salad bowl, add all ingredients and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
