- 8 cups chopped romaine, or mixed greens
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cooked organic sweet corn
- 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup goats cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 1/2 cup avocado oil Ranch dressing (such as Primal Kitchen)
