People who eat yogurt daily have better digestion. But who wants to eat all the junk from the store? What if you are dairy-free? Today, I am going to share my homemade dairy-free yogurt recipe that is absolutely delicious, cheaper than the store-bought options, and loaded with probiotics.

Dairy-Free, Probiotic Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 can full-fat coconut milk

2 high-quality probiotic capsules

Instructions:

Shake can of coconut milk and pour into sterilized mason jar.

Add probiotic capsules and stir vigoroughly using a wooden or plastic spoon (no metal).

Cover with a cheesecloth and place a rubber band over the top to secure.

Leave yogurt on the countertop for 24-48 hours to ferment.

Remove the cheesecloth, place the lid on top of the yogurt and transfer yogurt into the fridge to thicken and to store.
