This HEALTHY and EASY ice cream is made with just THREE ingredients and you don’t even need an ice cream maker to whip it up- just a bowl! It is low-carb, high protein, and has no added sugars or lactose. You’ll be eating this simple homemade ice cream all Summer!

INGREDIENTS:
1 can full-fat coconut milk
3-4 scoops Metabolic Super Protein- Chocolate
1 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl (or straight into the Tupperware if you are lazy, like me), add all of the ingredients and stir until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass Tupperware, secure with a lid, and place in the freezer. Every 30-minutes, remove the ice cream from the freezer and stir until ready to enjoy!
