- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup kefir, organic dairy, or dairy-free
- 1 scoop Metabolic Super Protein- Vanilla
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons blueberries
- Ice cubes, to preference
Add all ingredients to your blender, “joosh it up” until smooth and enjoy!
