Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes, or as many as preferred
  • 2 tablespoons pecans
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Metabolic Super Protein – Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter

Instructions

1) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass and enjoy immediately.
