Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon stevia sweetened chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice
Instructions
1) In a large mug, add peanut butter and coconut oil. Stir to combine.
2) Add almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, eggs, vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Mix until smooth.
3) Microwave for 1 minute, or bake at 350F for 5 minutes, or until set.
4) Serve immediately!
