Asian Chopped Salad

Ingredients  

Dressing
¼ cup almond butter, melted
3 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoon rice vinegar

Salad
3 cups slaw mix
4 scallions, sliced
¼ cup almonds, slivered
¼ cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
½ cup orange slices, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions  

Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.

In a large salad bowl, mix all salad ingredients together. Pour dressing over the top and toss to combine.

Option to add alternate cooked protein source here. Any nut butter will work in the dressing. Feel free to add and sub any salad fixings that you have handy!
