  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 2 teaspoons dried lavender
  • for dusting: 1/4 cup powdered Swerve sweetener


Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, add all cookie ingredients and mix to combine, forming a thick dough.

Shape the dough into 1-2 tablespoon-sized balls using your hands. Place each cookie dough ball on the baking sheet and slightly flatten using a fork.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
