Frosted Sugar Cookie in a Mug


For the cake:

6 tablespoons almond flour
3 tablespoons Metabolic Super Protein- Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
3 tablespoon full-fat coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar-free, all-natural sprinkles (we used Good Dee’s brand)

For the frosting:
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 tablespoon powdered Swerve sweetener (or powdered sweetener of choice)

Additional sprinkles to top.


Add all cake ingredients into a mug and stir to combine. Either microwave for 45 seconds or bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350F.
