The strength of your immune system depends directly on your metabolism. That’s because your metabolism provides the energy that fuels your immune system, so it can do its job protecting you from infectious microbes.  

There are FOUR cornerstones to a strong metabolism:

·        Meals 

·        Mindfulness 

·        Metabolics (exercise)
