  • 1 cup coconut yogurt, unsweetened and unflavored
  • 2 scoops Metabolic Super Protein- Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup grain-free granola


In a medium bowl, add coconut yogurt and Metabolic Super Protein. Stir to combine.

Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a separate bowl. Stir to combine.

Layer the pumpkin mixture in a glass or ramekin, followed by the protein yogurt mixture. Top with grain-free granola. Store in the fridge overnight.
