  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 4 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 1/2 pound skirt steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 head lettuce, broken into large leaves


1) In a large skillet over medium heat, warm oil. Add steak pieces and cook for 1 minute on each side.

2) Add garlic, diced onion, and bell pepper, sauté for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

3) Add sriracha, coconut aminos, and green onion. Stir to combine the sauce with the meat and cook for 2 minutes.

4) Arrange the lettuce cups between plates, spoon beef mixture into cups and serve.
