1) Freeze Them for Smoothies

Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup strawberries

1 cup almond milk

1 scoop Choc Metabolic Super Protein

4 avocado ice cubes

1 tbsp cacao

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

2) Make Creamy Green Goddess Sauce

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 cup packed parsley and cilantro leaves (combined)

1 jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed

2 cloves garlic

juice of one lime (or two – get lots of limey goodness in there!)

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup pistachios

Instructions:

Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a mason jar and store in the fridge. Enjoy as a salad dressing,

3) Eat Dessert!

Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

1 avocado

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons chocolate chips, stevia-sweetened, melted

2 tablespoons nut milk, unsweetened

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sugar-free maple syrup like Lakanto, or Birch Benders)

Instructions:

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy.

BONUS: Pamper Yourself with an Avocado Face Mask!

Take 1/4 ripe avocado and mash it up in a bowl until it turns lump free. Mix into the pulp 1 teaspoon of plain organic yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Stir them well until you get a paste of uniform consistency. Apply the mask onto your skin for 10-15 minutes or until it dries out.
