  • 3/4 cup organic grass-fed Greek yogurt, or unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 scoop Metabolic Super Protein Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter, plus more for drizzle
  • 1/4 banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon walnut pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Manuka honey


  1. In a bowl, add yogurt, protein and peanut butter and stir to combine.
  2. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter, sliced banana, dark chocolate chips, walnuts, and a drizzle of manuka honey.
