- 1/2 cup natural drip peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch sea salt
- 3/4 cup organic strawberry jelly (homemade or no-added-sugar)
- 2 scoops Metabolic Super Protein- Vanilla
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Preheat the oven to 350F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of the pan and smooth over.
Add jam and protein powder in a small bowl and combine. Add the jam mixture over the crust and smooth over.
Crumble the remaining peanut butter mixture over the jam and sprinkle over chopped peanuts.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
